Reprogramming yourself!

In yesterday’s episode we discussed the concepts of brain, mind and neuroplasticity. Today we will delve into the world of how to bring changes to your brain, mind and personality through neuroplasticity.
I will once again reiterate that any change starts with taking a step back (relaxing) and observing what needs to be changed. We also discussed various ways to relax and observe your thoughts. Now is the time to understand how our thoughts can be changed.
Allah taala has created everything in pairs including emotions. So angry and calm are two extremes of the same emotion. Coward and brave are two extremes of the same emotion. There can be different degrees of intensity towards any side. So if you are at one end of the extreme, meditating on the other end brings you to the other end of the extreme. Same is true for any thing including behaviour, health, career, etc.

Hypnosis is the best tool to plant new thoughts in the mind. Any method you use, be it meditation or deep relaxation, it stems from the concept of hypnosis. Hypnosis is just focused attention on a thought.
Brain has electrical impulses vibrating at a certain frequency connecting billions of neurons at once. Once you are able to relax yourself to a state where you are focused on one single thought, your brain frequency starts to lower down. This lowering of frequency opens up your subconscious mind to you. This is the state where a new dimension opens up to you.
Once you are able to lower your brain frequency at will, you can change a lot of things about you and about people around you. You can change your thought pattern, personality, health, career, finances, relationships, etc. There are accounts of people who have regrown their lost organs including backbone. Dr. Joe Dispenza is a glaring example. His backbone was crushed in an accident and doctors feared that he won’t be able to get up from bed his entire life. Dr. Dispenza regrew his backbone in three months walking out of the hospital on his own feet. Since that incident, Dr. Dispenza is one of the leading proponents of the power of subconscious mind.
