Mental housecleaning & decision-making

Human beings use their brains to live and act in this world for which they need to make decisions. It is a well known fact that for sound decisions one needs sound input. We as human beings, collect or receive input from our senses to make decisions. However. when our senses are clouded we cannot expect to receive sound inputs. The cloud over oursenses is called stress. Stress acts as an alarm giving false signals to the brain. Hence it is imperative for sound decision-making and judgment to be free of stress.

The basic principle behind mental housecleaning, the term used by José Silva (the founder of Silva Mind Control method), is to remove the cloud of stress from the input providing faculties of the human beings for sound judgment and decision-making.
